Airport: The main airport serving the Oklahoma City area is the Will Rogers World Airport, 7100 Terminal Drive, Oklahoma City, OK, 405-680-3322, www.flyokc.com.

Shuttle: The Renaissance Hotel offers a shuttle to and from the Will Rogers World Airport. The cost of the shuttle is $10.00 one-way, per person. You will need a credit card as they do not accept cash. Call the Renaissance Hotel at 405-228-8000 and a shuttle will be dispatched for pick-up. The trip is approximately 12-15 minutes, depending upon traffic.

Taxi: The cost of a taxi is approximately $20.00 one-way. You can obtain a taxi by calling Yellow Cab at 405-232-6161 before you arrive or upon arrival at Will Rogers World Airport.

Driving: Driving from the Will Rogers World Airport – From I-44 E, follow I-40 E to Harvey. Exit Harvey and turn right. Go two blocks to Reno. Turn right on Reno to Robinson. Turn left and go one block to Sheridan. Take a right on Sheridan and the hotel is directly ahead on left.

From I-35, take I-35 to I-40W. Exit Robinson street and turn right. Go two blocks to Sheridan and turn right.

Parking: Parking is adjacent to the hotel and is typically $15.00 per day. However, through a special arrangement, the hotel will provide 100 free parking passes to conference attendees. Valet parking is $25.00 per day. Guests dining at the 10 North Grille or enjoying the spa, can take advantage of free valet parking for a maximum of 3 hours.
